「My husband and I stayed at the Posada del Mar for 4 nights. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, close to the supermarket and tonnes of restaurants, travel companies and shopping. The breakfast is great if you decide to take advantage of it. There is coffee and tea all day as well as water to drink. 「We had a lovely night at the lodge. It was a family run hotel who made us feel so welcome. The bed was huge and comfortable, the family were on hand for absolutely anything. They even came running out with umbrellas as we headed out for a walk in the rain. The food was fresh and delicious. 「Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! 」

「We loved everything about Lava House. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and great hosts. The breakfasts were also wonderful. Location was excellent for doing all the activities the island has to offer and the hotel can help arrange and make recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone! 」
