「We really enjoyed the space. Loved the gas fireplace, big kitchen and private back yard area. The bedroom with the double bed was a bit dark, not much lighting, but comfy bed and plenty of space. Perfect spot half a block from the ocean, walk to coffee shops and pier. We would definitely stay there again.」

「My handicapped sister and I were visiting and requested confirmation regarding arrival. Telephone call sent 4 days before, unreturned. Email sent unreturned. Etc. On way to property, despite confirmation that reservation was confirmed, we were worried that VRBO cancelled our reservation without telling us. After several additional attempts to contact agent, only received information in regards to arrival 2 hours before check in. That was disappointing; also disappointing was that continued...

「The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again.」
