「The property was exactly as described & close to the beach. A beautiful home with all the amenities you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the house tastefully decorated & the owener has included beach essentials like towels & chairs. I would highly recommend this home.」

「Gorgeous cottage, super clean, beautifully decorated, extra comfortable, lovely private outdoor spaces. Just an excellent base in the SB area for 3 family members meeting up for a long weekend. There are no cons. There is a sweet little market/coffee spot down the road (a short drive). The owner was responsive and very helpful. This is a great spot. 」

「This is our 5th time to this amazing house. The location is perfect! The backyard is awesome for reading or a glass of wine. Brought our did this time and went to the dog beach for the day.」

「This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!」
