"Getting A/C adjusted correctly required on on-line tutorial. Room was great. Bed comfortable. Good assortment of kitchen gadgets. All in all, excellent. No cable TV - TV uses only Apps."

"We had an amazing stay over the weekend with our puppy, Ozzy! This hotel is probably the most pet-friendly hotel we've stayed at. Before arriving, they asked if we wanted a bowl and bed placed in the hotel. Not only did they leave those in the room, but also a little bag with treats and a ball. They also had some chocolates and wine for our anniversary! Staff was all amazing and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also love that they give you a lot of pillows! The location was also perfect if you love to just step out and be able to walk around to bars and restaurants. Parking was also convenient, and for your pup, there are grass and dirt patches at the back of the hotel. Only complaint would probably be the slow and small elevator, but the hotel is only 4 stories so you can easily just take the stairs. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we're back!"

"Staff were wonderful and welcoming. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very cute property and the continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese were very thoughtful additions. I would definitely return. "

Standard room with bathtub converted to shower in same space. Not worth the money. Long walk to harbor, wharf and State Street."

"This is a review for one of the two double-bed rooms at the end of the building next to two big dirty linen bins without lids. The bathroom window opened up to debris and buckets of dirty water in the back of the property. Bathroom has stains on window handle and black marks on ceiling. Hygiene and cleaness is a concern and has room for improvement. "
