“Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right……

“Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed……

“It was such a delight staying at Chasing Sunshine. I would say it was the Goldilocks home as it was just right; cozy, comfortable and the perfect space for a couple. Access to the beach was easy, and walking to nearby restaurants and local shopping was as well. I am already planning a return visit.”

Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future……
