Wonderful House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The little blue house was a wonderful rental! The pool was lovely and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated how everything was updated and nicely done! Our group would not hesitate to rent this house again! It was just right for six adults!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the outdoor space and we rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach. The golf cart beach access is so close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was really nice to have the pool to relax in and the outdoor shower with hot water. I do recommend renting a golf cart as the walk to the beach with all the beach things would have been tough without it in July heat. The bed linens could use an upgrade - higher quality sheets and pillows would have been nice. The experience with management was great. Very easy check in and quick response to any questions/issues during our stay.

Great Stay!

We loved this house! It was perfect. We walked to the beach, grilled dinner, everything we needed was right there. My husband who loves to cook wanted me to mention that this house had the best sharpened knives than any house we’ve ever stayed in! He loves to cook! The beds were great. The pool was clean. I think there is a mosquito mister in the backyard because there were none. They were in the front, though. The house was extremely clean and I am that person who walks in with my wipes in hand. You can tell that the property management is serious about satisfaction! This house is in ourList of favorites when visiting IOP!

Perfect beach cottage for a family of 5!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so adorable and love all of the new finishes. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy! The location is very convenient, just wish we would have brought our golf cart for the beach trips as it is a little bit of a haul especially with carrying the beach gear. The pool was so nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Only thing I would recommend is a larger grill for cooking. Other than that everything was perfect!
