"Our host was very accessible and so kind to provide a complimentary Japanese breakfast and the ammenities provided were more than enough. Overall a great stay"
"This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

"From check in to check out the staff was pleasant, welcoming, and hospitable. Our room was super spacious with lots of room to move around in addition to a large shower, separate tub, with an additional area with sink mirror and stool. Beds were comfortable, however, my twin bed was softer and lower in the middle resulting in me always ending up in the middle. Top floors have restaurants with excellent views and slightly inflated prices for drinks. There is a sea wall surrounding most of the property that allows for a safe and tranquil stroll along the bay. The free shuttle to and from Hiroshima Station is beneficial and convenient as the hotel is located at the end of a small peninsula which means you need to walk at least 20 mins to get to the edge if the city, main streets, or trains.
We really enjoyed our two night stay with the room size being the biggest plus right along with the staff and their welcoming, helpful pleasant presence. "
"A great hotel overlooking the river and Peace Park. Electric car a few mins away and in the thick of the action.
Staff very friendly and very good rooms.
Definitely stay here again. "
"The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with elegant décor and all the amenities you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the stunning city views right from my window."
"I had a great time here the rooms where well priced. 15 minute walk to the train station. Taxis are always reliable and staff was always friendly and willing to help out. Just be sure to that a translation app ready if you don't speak Japanese."
