「房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。」

「The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Fuji JR station (8-10mins). The room is spacious which has two double beds and a small dining table. Washroom is bright and spacious too. It is very clean. The staff there are nice and very helpful. We are so satisfied with the stay as it is exceed our expectation with an economic price. 」

「房間裡唯一可以聽見的，只有溪流之水聲及偶爾的鳥鳴聲，我感覺到一種寧靜。旅館的管家服務 福士里奈小姐，使我感受人與人之間的貼近與真誠。真是謝謝妳。」

「This place is an excellent place for visiting in autumn. If the weather is good, you would be able to see Mount Fuji from the room and onsen. Some of the staff are able to speak Chinese and English. The only thing that I would remind anyone going would be "bring towel" to onsen place if you are living there as there are no towels in main onsen. 」

「Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.」

「近巴士站、自成一國、恬靜、食物質素高、保留一定傳統。 溫泉設備有點舊，大浴場及露天風呂是分開的，不方便。」
