“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

Only semi issue with the room and its not the hotels problem at all was the side of the hallway we were on the bass from the music at the bars is a little annoying when trying to sleep. Yeshua at the pool bar is very nice young man. The steel drums at the pool bar was awesome and should happen more often. The beach is……

“The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.”

“Very nice stay, room was simple but clean, had all needed kitchen appliances. Very nice grill and big table for shared use brought families and kids together. Very nice private patio with table and chairs. Nice cozy pool area. Would benefit from a sign next to washer and dryer for ppl to pick up their staff as soon as completed. Otherwise was awesome, would definitely come back and recommend to others. Management responsible and replied right away even at 11pm which was surprising :)”
