"The rooms were very nice for the price and clean. The shower and tub were a nice comfortable size, bigger than most other hotels we've stayed at with good pressure and temperature. The font desk workers were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was just grab and go muffins and granola bars but they were pretty decent. My only real complaint was a SAFETY issue. The indoor pool room had a door that led directly outside to the parking lot and does not lock or even close fully! This door can easily access the interior of the hotel as the door into the lobby from the pool is also not locked! I did mention this to one employee and he did not seem concerned. I did not get a chance to mention it to the manager who I think would've been more receptive. This should be of concern to both guests and corporate."

"Stay was fine. Breakfast was a little chaotic, a lot of guests and minimal staff. The breakfast area was a stand-alone former restaurant space that had the charm of a closed down restaurant—which it was."

"Cons: Check in was hectic with a long wait. Then they had me booked into a one bedroom when I had booked a 2bd and then was told they would check for a 2bd… whatttt? Thank goodness they had one, but what would have happened if they hadn’t! Pros: Jesse checked me in and she was very good! They also DO NOT make you have to listen to a “time share” spiel.. so that was AWESOME! Pros: the cottages are nice and spacious! Our 2nd had 2 1/2 baths, an upstairs and downstairs (bedrooms downstairs and main living upstairs). Plenty of eating space! Cons: very minimalistic amount of blankets and sheets (we did a lot of laundry. Bring detergent). No spices or special pans for baking! Big Pros: the property and grounds are nice! Lots of parking at the clubhouse/check in. Huge indoor pool! Several outdoor pools! Activity center w/Bingo, crafts, games, movies (ladies are great). Close to Busch and water country (2mi) Overall great stay!!"
