"We felt so lucky to stay in Shangri-La Chengdu. We came from a two days trip from the JiuZhaiGou national park and had a great rest in the hotel. First, the hotel is clean and view from the our room is spectacular. We tried both the Chinese restaurant and the buffet. Both are wonderful! The morning buffet has so many variety of food and dinner buffet is very luxury. The crab was delicious and sushi was fresh! During our say, both the front desk manager and the restaurant manager are around and very friendly to guests! I had a foot spa which fully healed my feet and leg sour! We would definitely go back if visiting Chengdu again!"

"The suite that we had for eight nights was immaculately clean, and nicely equipped for our extended stay on a 240 hour transit without visa. The kitchen and laundry machine in suite was a great benefit for our travel needs. The daily housekeeping was efficient and the room was spotless. We did not opt for the breakfast. The pool on the 7th floor was very nice. With the great location, it was easy to get to the central sights by walking. I got a headcold during my stay, and one of the staff went well above and beyond any expectations. The nice lady walked to the pharmacy with my wife to make sure she got the best medicine. I was feeling better within a day thanks to this kindness and support. The Didi app made taxi service easy, with the pickup and drop off location listed as Chengdu Grand Parcvue Hotel Apartment (Chunxi Road Taikoo Li Branch). The apartments also are listed on some mapping apps as InterContinental Residences Chengdu, in Yanlord Plaza. On Google Maps the drop-off location is marked as Yandai Alley 烟袋巷. The Google Maps and subsequent Hotels - Expedia pinpoint is currently showing the hotel is in Zhongtie Celebrity Building 中铁名人大厦 which is on Renmin Road, but this is due to Google data not aligning with GPS coordinates due to the American search engine. The hotel is across the street from the Furong Guocui Chuanjuxiu (Sichuan Opera Theater) 四川省川剧院 on Yandai Lane. The Yanlord Landmark Plaza Parking Lot 仁恒置地广场－停车场 pin on Google Maps is another pinpoint"

"It is very convenient being only 300m from both terminaL 1 and 2. The facilities are ideal for the traveller. The room was very good and had all I needed in it. There are a number of restaurants catering for most tastes I will return next time I am transiting Chengdu"

"The hotel is very new and in a great location. The room is very spacious and and mattress and pillow are very comfortable. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The breakfast was good, but not as much selection compared to other similar rating hotel and also is a bit inconvenience due to you need to come to the check-in floor first and then go to a different elevator to the room"
