「Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area...

「Location to Joshua Tree National Park was excellent. Would have been nice to have a real person available to chat with about the area, recommendations for dining, etc. No information available in the room. Nice room and patio with outdoor tub, shower and bed to lie on for star gazing.」

「My first time "Glamping", so a lot of this was new to me. FYI....the doors in the photos are not full height. You do have to duck a little bit when going in and out. Not a big deal, but just point it out in case some people have bad backs and/or have trouble stooping. But on a major plus, the floors inside the one I stayed in were wood, so no dirt floors here. Learning to use the outdoor shower was a bit tricky. While it is enclosed with a wooden privacy fence, there is no place to store...

「The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. 」

「房间一点都不隔音，一晚上非常的吵，整夜被吵醒了四五次，洗手盆特别矮，大概是给小孩子设计的高度，而且洗手池的水龙头非常的短，几乎是贴着洗手盆壁，用起来非常的别扭」

「Lobo Luna is an amazing place. Extremely comfortable, beautiful inside and out, and well done in terms of amenities, decor and layout. Honestly one of the best properties in Joshua Tree I've come across while visiting over the last 25 years. I will definitely be booking here again. 」

「This place was a great find. Very close to the park entrance. We were only at the property for a quick 2 day trip. Our internet went down the first night but it was probably related to some outages. One thing I would say we just had enough towels for showering but no extra towels. There is a great hot tub that they heated up before we arrived which was a very nice touch. Just need the extra towels for hot tub use. Besides these small things it was a great property. 」
