「Hosts were really responsive whenever we had any questions and were really detailed with the initial messages to get us acquainted. Property was exactly as described. Quite and secluded which was what we had wanted. We did experience the “low tide” the hosts described and they were nice enough to give us some extra time before check out.」

「The property is spacious, clean, and unique. Property manager is responsive. It is about 5-10 mins from the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Most of the activities we wanted to do were through the West entrance which is about 25-30 minutes away. Either way, we had a great time and we enjoyed staying in this property. Dog friendly too, so we were able to bring our animal friends. Just make sure to clean up after them!」

「This homestead sits up on a little rise, giving a beautiful view of the sunset. So quiet with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Close to JTNP entrance and only about 8 minutes from downtown 29 Palms. Great experience.」

「The only thing I would do different, would be to stay longer. The house was fantastic. It was fun, crazy, retro! The wife and daughter loved it! If you're looking for a 5 star hotel/room, this is not it. But, if you want to enjoy a stay like no other, this is a place to experience. The house is about 3/4 mile off the Hwy, down a rough dirt road....... so be prepared for that. Once you arrive at the house, you agree the short little trip on the dirt road is worth it! 」

「This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It’s in “themiddleofnowhere” 1 1/2 mi down a sand rd off the main hwy in Landers. Here the desert is gridded with these rds, some more passable than others. Back in the day this was a homesteaded area where you got 5 acres and required to build a dwelling at least 400sq ft. This was one of those, I think. The outside looks a bit weather worn but the inside is as cute and functional as can be with everything you need. Know that it def is not the Ritz...

「Everything was exactly what we needed. remote, quiet, secure, very comfortable, easy wifi, great communication with owner. last night, the glowing orange sunset was amazing thru the purple clouds and it sprinkled Mother Natures tears! hope to stay again soon. 」

「The property was exactly as the host described, and pictures were provided. It was quiet and secluded but still close to town, so we could get supplies and check out some of the local restaurants. The space was clean and fresh and properly equipped for all my kitchen needs. The well-stocked coffee bar was definitely needed. The hot tub was placed in just the right spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, so it's definitely something worth checking out. The host was extremely communicative and...
