“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“Great hotel, loved the pool and hot tubs, friendly staff! Will definitely stay again!”

“The check in was easy and simple, the view from the room on the river side was amazing (definitely recommend river side view), the hot tub, pool, and sauna were great. The only downside side is that you could hear people walking or talking in the hallways. Other than that it was a great place to stay and just a short walk to downtown dells!”

“Will be back again!”

“Clean, affordable, quiet, convenient place to stay in the Dells. Very basic and definitely needs some maintenance but the 3 beds and separate bedroom was very much appreciated . Worked for our purposes.”

“it is ok if you got a budget”

“The sheets on the beds were wrinkled up in the middle like they weren’t clean or someone had been laying on them. EEEEWW! Not sure if they were clean or not but I wasn’t taking the chance and I slept on top of the sheets. Not dirty but not updated. You get what you pay for…”

“Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.”

“Very clean facility, breakfast was amazing, they had fun events throughout the week for guests, and the staff were amazing! Any questions asked were answered immediately and they went above and beyond to help with coupons for nearing stores and restaurants and also giving recommendations! Will definitely come back! Bed was very comfortable too and the whole room was perfectly sized! Perfect getaway!”

“Clean room and excelente breakfast. Secure parking area. Thanks for your services.”
