「There’s only one elevator in a big hotel. Elevator is always crowded takes 5 minutes for it to get to your level…what if there’s an emergency where I can’t go down the stairs and the elevator is taking forever!!!??? Had to go down 3 flights of stairs with suitcases and a dog because the elevator was stuck on the second floor for 10 minutes. Definitely should add more elevators.」
