“Even though a non-smoking hotel, so many guests smoking outside, in front of the hotel meant you had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and cigarette butts on the ground while trying to get in the hotel. That needs to be fixed. We drive an EV and the Tesla chargers were very convenient in the parking lot, for Tesla and non-Tesla (type 2 for non-Tesla). Breakfast was very disappointing. Continental breakfast with powdered eggs and unappetizing choices.”

“Room was clean staff friendly. ”

“Maybe this is a sign of casinos in KC, but no restaurant was open past 9pm and the one that was ignored you if you sat at the bar. ”

“We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. ”

“Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. ”
