"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour before anyone showed up at the reception, which was already not a great start. Prior to my stay, I had sent a message via Hostelworld requesting a quiet room, but this was completely ignored. I was given a room facing the street instead. "This hotel was a dream come true. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are always able to help answer your questions and help you with whatever is needed. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you are in Thailand at all times. The decor of the place makes you feel like you are staying in a Thai house and not a resort. I love the rooms and they feel so comfortable. Overall this is one of the best places I ever stayed."
