"We loved our room at Sleepy Station. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and great value for money. We enjoyed the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the water cooler too. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"The gardens were beautiful. The location is amazing. The staff are lovely. The food is good, pizzas are great at Caio. It's a nice mix of relaxing but close to the action. Great with kids, our 7 year old loved the slides. "
"We love one of staffs there, her name is May, she was very friendly , helpful, sweet, respectful and very polite, she went an extra miles to make sure that we were ok. We would love to see her again next time."
"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."
"We see a family of 5 and had 2 rooms right next to each other with inter-joining balconies. It made life easy as we didnt have to keep knocking on each others doors could just access through the balcony. We had beautiful pool views (the pool area is an absolute highlight). Our rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Its worth paying for the buffet breakfast, one of the best we've had. We made use of the fitness centre (multiple machines were out of order which was disappointing)."
"I enjoyed this hotel. It is smaller and not as crowded as other places. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was very nice. The food was quite good and fairly priced. You can also order anywhere in the hotel and they will bring it to you. Breakfast was well done but not as big as some of the larger resorts. For me the locatiob was suitable, however it is on the top of a steep hill which is a somewhat difficult to walk if you are not in good condition. I think the hotel should consider a scheduled tuk tuk pick up and drop off throughout the day. Otherwise it is a very nice place."
"Our room was always clean and perfect temperature. The staff were very responsive and helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent with many options and great service. The beach was wonderful and the hotel has easy access. The amenities were great especially the option of doing your own laundry. The kid pools and activity centers were fantasy to give our kids options. We will definitely stay here again. "
