"This riverside cabin is the perfect getaway location. Out of town by only 10 minutes and so peaceful. It’s surrounded by beautiful landscape and right above the Lewis river. The hosts greeted us upon arrival, showed us the cabin and even left us a special fruit cracker and salmon dip tray. From the cabin daily we were able to explore the surrounding areas quite easily. Portland is only 40 minutes away, Fishing, antique shops, scenic drives and wineries all nearby. Totally enjoyable stay!!"

"It was great. The cabin was exactly as advertised. We spent a week there visiting our new granddaughter. Both of our sons live out there. The cabin was located about halfway between both. Near stores and restaurants. Easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again."

Physically comfortable and roomy the interior provided us with all we needed for three adults. The hosts, at our request, provided us with a tour of their working organic farm. "This place was actually better than I expected. I invited my Daughter in law along with her baby boy and 4 year old. The home is beautifully done with everything you could ask for. One huge stand out for me was the fact that you can enjoy total privacy on your own lake. Highly recommend this spot. Made some great memories there."

"We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great for my husband, adult son, teen son, 2 labs and Me! Trail up hill in back is a thigh burner but a great start to the morning. Dogs were happy roaming the fenced property. Cabin has everything you need although internet is spotty at times. C stores in Cougar have are stocked if you forgot something, only 1.5 mile away. Emailed right away, never got a response back. I would say everything was good except no communication. The washer and dryer were full when we arrived and I finished those 2 loads and put everything away in the closet and emailed that the first day we were there and never got a response back either.
