As you enter this open-concept studio, you’ll find a comfortable queen-sized bed waiting for you. Though this apartment is filled with natural light during the day, you’ll enjoy a restful sleep at night thanks to the blackout shades. You’ll also find a large closet located across from the bed so you can unpack all your belongings and feel at home. There’s a full-sized sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

The kitchen opens up onto the elegant lounge area, which features a comfortable sofa and a 55” Smart TV, so you can keep up with all your favorite shows while on vacation. When you’re not watching a show on the TV, connect with friends and family back home using the free wifi.

Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh air while relaxing in one of the lounge chairs. When you’re ready to get out onto the water, you’ll be able to use the available kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Don’t forget to wear a life jacket! Make the most of the great location near Manatee Bay and spot some ocean life.

As a guest, you’ll also have easy access to the community swimming pool and great tiki hut area. We’ve also got boat rentals available so you can explore the bay. Ideally located in a friendly RV neighborhood, this second-floor apartment is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Key Largo has to offer, including delicious local restaurants, Manatee Bay, state parks, and lovely shops.

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire studio apartment, including the full kitchen, outdoor dining area, Smart TV, free wifi, two kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. You’ll also have access to a shared community pool and dock.

There is free parking for one vehicle, but additional parking may be available. Feel free to contact us regarding parking requirements. A personal vehicle is ideal for getting around in the area, and a car rental is highly recommended.

There is docking space available, as well as parking for trailers should you need it. There is also a boat ramp for up to 24’-25’ boats and a ramp for larger boats around 10 to 15 minutes from the property. Boat rentals and boat captain services are available during your stay for an additional charge.

Please note that for larger groups, there are other units located on-site that can be rented out. Please let us know if you are interested.

This unit is located on the second story of a free-standing building and has a private entrance that is the first door on the right. Self-check-in is a breeze using the keypad.

* Security cameras are outside the building, on each corner on the second floor; there are also cameras on some corners on the first floor of the building.
* Check-out is at 10:00 am, any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $100/hr. All late check-outs must be approved by the host before check-out time.
* No more guests/visitors than what was booked for, any extra guests/visitors need prior written approval, and extra fees may apply. The security deposit will be forfeited if not in compliance with this requirement.
