Had to cancel our original trip due to a death in the family and they offered a full refund and were very accommodating so obviously re-booked here when we rescheduled our trip. The unit was nicer than expected with a great waterfront views. Hotel operations were more professional than I would normally expect at a condominium complex. There is a nice heated pool with a full bar and very good food around the pool area. There is a little sandy beach that is great for the kids to play on although you probably wouldn’t do much swimming there. I was impressed and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future should we come back to key west. - also they offer a downtown shuttle that runs every hour. We had a rental car and parked everywhere we wanted to go without issue but the shuttle is a nice feature that we also didn’t expect.

We traveled as a family of 6. Host was super responsive and the condo was spacious and well maintained. We did have an issue with the toilet and it was fixed within the hour. Restaurant on premise was delicious but definitely made reservations. The pool bar had a great adult menu but not much choice for kids. Pool area was great on Friday but crazy on Saturday. Lots of held chairs with no bodies. The beach really isn’t a beach so we stayed mostly at the pool. Sunset activities did an awesome job with a day on the water full of activities. There is also a complimentary shuttle that goes on the hour hit get their early because it’s first come first serve. If you miss it take an uber or you wait for the next hour. Kids enjoyed sightseeing on Duval and we found a hidden seafood boil called Yummy Crab that everyone enjoyed. Even with the cold front we had a great time and sad to return to the eve colder weather.
