「Excellent service and location. Highly recommended.」

「The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

「Great value, good location, easy walk to the tourist spots in the town, decent food in the cafe and restaurant down at the lobby, friendly and helpful staff」

「This hotel was amazing! They had fantastic service. Someone came out and got our luggage when we arrived in the Grab and took it out to the car when we left. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The beds are pretty comfortable, and breakfast was good with enough choices to pick from. We really enjoyed our stay here.」

「Came back again for the friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of good restaurants around and easy to get a Grab for airport. Great value for money.」
