“The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal.……

“The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast……

They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology.……

“Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the……

“My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism.……
