「整體來說不錯，但床墊是泛黃有污漬的」

「非常不錯」

「需要到另一個地方check in比較麻煩，但是住宿環境很大而且乾淨」

「We loved our stay in Kyoto! The house has everything you need and perfect for a group stay. The two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs are very nice. The downstairs tatami room feels like Japan 100 years ago and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were much bigger than we expected. Soaking in the huge tub with a view to the Japanese garden was so relaxing. We were visiting in January and it was snowing outside but the house was warm and toasty inside. Don’t keep scrolling, book this...

「The transportation is very close to the World Heritage Site of Nijo Castle. There are large supermarkets, bus stops and subway stations nearby. It is highly recommended.」

「We loved our stay at the modern, clean, well equipped home! It was perfect for our family of five. It was a great combination of modern Western conveniences like raised beds with mattresses, air conditioning, a dryer and a dishwasher AND a Japanese aesthetic with wood beams and tatami mat floors. We loved it! Plenty of space for everyone in our 5 person family and an easily walkable location.」

「I booked at short notice for our family group the hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was as described and very comfortable and clean. The location was great with easy to find location for taxies. It was within walking distance of quite a lot of attractions. Thanks for a lovely stay.」

「this was a perfect place --very clean and close to train stations. In a bit more quiet area of Kyoto but still close enough to get to busier places... Sean the host was very accommodating and kept in contact with us and responded quickly to ALL my questions...」

「the host was super friendly and well prepared for our arrival.」

「The property itself was great, clean and good for 5 adults, although one sleeping in lounge area on futon. Issue was VERY noisy neighbour with tv on all night, prevented us from getting much sleep and it only seemed to go on when he knew we were in the house! Communications with owner were not responded to or acknowledged. All in all a lovely house, spoilt by the neighbour, not somewhere to book if you want to sleep at night.」

「Very comfortable. Great bathrooms. Enjoyed area.」
