「We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. We can opt to take the kayak and standing paddle board out to the sea, which was a lot of fun. The resort is tucked away from the main road and very quiet and tranquil. 「我很少給一間酒店高評價，不得不說，一開始辦裡入住，人員非常熱心，以及打掃房間阿姨，就算我好幾次忘記放置小費，也不會因此少了用品，不過後來都有放置床頭小費。另外酒店人員都會跟你熱心打招呼，每晚派人送海灘巾到房間門口，甚至酒店熱水不夠熱，人員積極處理，酒店人員服務給我的感覺，大家都很自動自發做事，不分你我。我最後請酒店大堂人員喝飲料及放置小費，辛苦他們了。」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing.
