Very nice hotel, great room with balcony, near to the beach, very comfortable to stay here and nice, helpful staff with smile all the time.

From arrival to departure, the Banyan Tree Samui team has given us a wonderful experience. We were really spoiled by the staff there. There were slight miscommunication between the Villa Host and spa teams, but all sorted out very quickly and professionally. We will definitely stay at the Banyan Tree Samui if we visit Koh Samui again later.

Excellent resort. Superb facilities, well kept room with amazing ocean view and a nice quiet private beach. A bit too secluded so you might need to rely on the expensive taxi service to get to other part of the island if you are not renting your own bike or car.

Stayed here with our 14 month old in a pool suite villa. It was ideal, we moved from the beach to the pool, the pool to the beach. Staff were amazing and new our sons name for every meal. Highly recommend this place! I would stay here again. The transfer to and from the airport also had a baby seat for the car!

I took my girlfriend and parents here for a pre-Christmas getaway. We were amazed at the incredible views overlooking Coral Cove and Chaweng Beaches. Our room (Amarin Villa) was beautifully appointed. The room's terrace had stunning panoramic vistas. The staff promptly attended to our every need. Also worth mentioning is the resort's extremely convenient car service - we never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a car to be taken or picked up from anywhere on the island, no matter what time...

The place was great for relaxation. Very quiet, chill and relaxing vibes. There were some hiccups around my bookings with the property. However, the hotel management really did their best to amend it and to make our stay over the year end holiday great. Appreciate the professionalism of the staffs.

Our four days stay at Samui was disappointed by the terrible rainy weather, but our experience at the Hansar Resort and Spa was much more than wonderful and amazing. The location of Hansar is perfect, right on the Bophut beach, and steps away from the Fishing Village strip which offered many good restaurants, massage spas and shops. The location is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. The infinity pool is perfectly appointed and was a high point for both the adults and the kids. The staff are very attentive but not fussy and are welcoming and proactive. The rooms are stunning - we had a large garden view villa with its own pool, quiet and secluded - high quality tasteful furnishings and excellent spacious bathrooms.
