「Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Gewisse Gäste aber wissen wohl nichts von Anstand und Sauberkeit. Der Lärmpegel dieser Leute unakzeptabel. Ihre Kinder demnach auch sehr frech und unanständig. Türen normal schliessen ein Fremdwort. Da sollte durchgegriffen werden von der Hotelführung. Wir werden da nicht mehr hingehen schade für die Anlage.」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing.
