"It was an exceptional hotel with an excellent customer service and amazing facilities. Breakfast was never the best. Everything served was great food. Even a white toast might give you a different taste. You won’t regret it. Amazing facilities such as onsen, sauna, cold water whirlpool, Massage chairs, and the special skincare products by Kosé. "

"What an amazing traditional experience! The staff were all so kind and the presentation of the dinner/breakfast was so beautiful. Authentic food and we got to try lots of new things for the first time. Lake views were stunning and a view of Mt Fuji is available on the 7th floor if you’re lucky with the weather! "

"More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,"

"I had an incredible room regardless of Fuji-San hiding during my stay, the view of the hills and lake was breathtaking. Lovely Staff. The onsen was wonderful. The Obaasan’s at breakfast were so kind and hardworking. This was my favourite food in Japan so far! The staff at the desk were kind and helpful. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in a traditional Japanese room. "
