「Staff are very nice & helpful and they speak English very well. This is one of the hotels that I strongly recommend. But, the hotel is a bit far from the JR Station.」

「房間大, 但供泊車的車位只有十個左右. 要上一條小斜坡才能到酒店. 酒店旁邊是纜車站. 遇上河口湖煙火祭, 房間可直接看到煙花, 太美了. 但酒店附近沒什麼用餐地方.」
