"Enjoyed our luxurious stay. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. Also a bit shy being westerners so got to enjoy a lot of baths without feeling uncomfortable. Food was good and presentation was gorgeous. "Hotel was lovely. Room very large, definitely a Western feel but with some Japanese features (eg sliding doors separating living compartments). As with most Japanese hotels it has no cupboards! Large lounge for heating/eating food which was great and cheap washing facilities too. Location excellent, good base for visiting the area, although a car is an essential."
