Each floor consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, a large living room with sofas, LCD TV, fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker and toaster, it also contains the dining area with a table for 6 people.
The exterior consists of a large space with a grill properly equipped with grills and accessories, on the main balconies we find tables with chairs that will be the ideal space for outdoor dining.
Parking is available inside the villa for 3 vehicles in the minino
The cleaning service is provided once a week, which includes changing towels, and sheets. It also has a hairdryer, ironing board, iron and baby cot.
Animals are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the house.
