“We were not made aware that the entire hotel was on the second floor of a mall, with no elevators. We did see staff assisting one woman who had a lot of luggage. It would have been nice to know the situation.”

“Room was clean ac was struggling to cool.
Was told there was no cable normal tv when I asked front desk. This is a first for any hotel I stayed in to date. Breakfast was garbage no eggs just hard boiled and cold in the fridge… sorry I don’t like eggs that much. For an extra $5 to $10 charge to the room eggs and bacon or sausage would’ve been recommended . I had to struggle to pick anything for the complementary breakfast and it was coffee and orange juice was my go to. Eye opener for future……
