“5/5 Stars – Awesome Stay!
This was our first time to Lanai and we stayed at Lana’i Oasis and Gem, The Artist's House. We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated with Jordanne’s artwork, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
Jordanne was an absolutely fantastic host! She was very responsive and answered any questions we had both before and during our stay. She even checked in on us during our trip to make sure we had everything we……

“Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!”

“We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. We explored a few beaches throughout our trip and we found that one the most serine and……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。
第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。
5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。
最后一天退房，前台居然没人。
总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this.
It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in.
The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.”
