“The ac was just what was needed for an early spring night. On a low setting. The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. ”

No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ……
