“What a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy being in nature. I can't wait to come back. I needed some time to just be still and to rest. I feel blessed to have found this place. My beloved dog loved the walking trails. It was so much fun for him. “The family had a wonderful time here. The property was great, we came for my son’s birthday, he said he wanted somewhere to fish. The personally dock was a perfect spot and we were able to catch some fish. Also loved taking the kayaks out on the water. It was a perfect birthday weekend getaway and he’s talked about wanted to go back again. ”

“Charming cottage. Perfect location near Palestine train depot. Very clean & well stocked. Management was friendly & quick to reply. Our grandson loved feeding the catfish in the pond & watching them. Spotted deer in the mornings . Would stay here again. ”

“The property itself was clean and really cute. The neighborhood was not desirable but not the property's fault. Boat dock needs work, but we weren't using it so not a problem with our stay. Sitting on the porch enjoying the lake was a definite plus.”

“The house was great, plenty of space and beautiful views. Everything we needed was there, the house was fully stocked with dishes, towels and linens. Check in and out process was very easy. The grass needed to be mowed and there were aunts and wasps on the porches and boat dock, an easy fix and maybe just overlooked the timing of our stay. Would recommend this place for a family weekend getaway. ”
