“The room was very nice. I will say that I didn't have any furniture on my balcony, which was kind of a bummer. I've seen other complaints about staff being rude, not the case with me. The staff at the restaurants, bars, and rooftop were very nice and very friendly. I have seen other reviews about the front desk staff being rude. Personally? I didn't experience that but didn't have very many interactions with them other than hello. So, no problems there. I would recommend this hotel for……

“Casa Chameleon is a beautifully planned and executed resort. The views are incredible from all areas of the property, as it sits at the top of the ridge that sets the south edge of Playa Danta, and the north edge of Playa Pan de Azucar. The main resort buildings have been situated on the top of the ridge, so the welcome plaza and restaurants/resort pool all look out from the peak elevation. As a result, be prepared for steps down to your villa and steps back up to get to the main facilities. ……

“The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT……

“Beautiful property with amazing private deck and access to the beach club and very quiet and romantic beach. Walking distance to everything in town. The room feels bigger than the photo and is perfectly spacious for 2 people. The kitchen is not a real kitchen, but they have hot plate that work well enough to make breakfast or a quick lunch -- strangely, no knives to cut anything though.”

“This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.”

“We stay there for 4nigths. Very quiet place. 2 minutes walk to beach. Amazing beach, mostly for surfing. You can swim but careful for beginners surfers. The property is nice with a pool and outdoor kitchen located in a peaceful garden. We stay at room #35. Wifi connection very poor. Have to be in the balcony to get Wifi. Lack of hooks in washrooms and room for hanging things. Cafe Mar Azul is very good restaurant for your meal and drinks. Overall very nice property.”
