“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock.
And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card.
Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

“The room was mostly clean... except the mirrors. They were gross!! I cleaned them myself. It looked like someone cleaned them with a greasy dirty rag. The floor was clean. Bathroom clean. Sheets clean. Good enough for a night's rest during long travel. The biggest problem was the window above the door with the brightest light shining thru.
