「The place is very well located close to Rialto bridge. The check in was very quick and easy. The room is a bit small but it worked well for us. Bed was comfortable , bathroom very clean. There is a big flight of stairs to get to the second floor reception, but we were able to get the luggage upstairs. It is a great place and we will definitely recommend it.」

「The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. 「We loved our room. It was definitely giving Beauty and the Beast vibes and I'm so here for it. We had several delays and we missed our check in time, but they were super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! They even sent a video so you couldn't mess it up! We loved the location, but know staying in Venice also requires a lot of walking anyways! It felt very safe, the bathroom was modern and water was always hot. I'm sure the video said this, but it's a key lock and you need to use the key...

「More an Airbnb than a traditional hotel (4 separate suites, we never saw another guest and the staff comes from off site) but very clean and nice, exactly like the photos. Very conveniently located in San Marco and walking distance to everything. The water taxi dropped us off and picked us up at Calle Dose, literally a 2 min walk to the front door.
