非常宜人的家庭旅行
丽江悦榕庄景色很美，酒店就像个大园林，很让人放松。虽然是老酒店，但设施并不感觉老旧，维护比黄山悦榕庄好多了。 定的泡池别墅，酒店早早消毒并准备好了泡池。出去古城步行了一天后泡泡别提多惬意了。 服务也很贴心，工作人员很多很淳朴热情，前台的Nancy和餐厅的Fancy都给了我们很多帮助！

悦榕庄是我最喜欢的品牌饭店，虽然丽江悦榕庄有点年份装修有些需要改善的地方，但软体服务还是非常棒的 按摩池别墅小孩的最爱，但水温如果能在调高一点会更好，9月晚上泡在水里还是会冷，但床真的好舒服好好睡 早餐还是一样丰盛好吃

值得一住
就在玉龙雪山附近，酒店进去大门非常开阔，目光所及就是雪山。老牌酒店该有的都有，占地面积很大，进出要约电瓶车接送，当然自己走也可以，天不冷就行。比起新开酒店，又好像差了点什么，有卫星电视，没有网络电视（本来我们还想看亲爱的客栈来着）。另外可能为了私密性，花园套房的花园被整个围墙包围，略感压抑。 朋友生日，提前给酒店电话，酒店送了蛋糕和红酒，然后没有配蜡烛有点欠缺。 出门右转几百米就是束河古镇，总的来说还是很方便的。早餐非常棒，简直可以说应有尽有了，后悔没有早点起来吃早饭。餐厅外面是个大鱼池，可以跟吧台要专用的鱼食来喂鱼。很是舒适自在。

原本很期待
没有想象中的好，酒店中的香味可能其他人喜欢，我的鼻子过敏，虽然及时拿走了，可是鼻炎还是犯了，非常难受的睡了一宿。

Best place to stay to relax.
I had a most restful time and was so pampered by the attentive and helpful staff. The house-keeping team ensured that I lacked nothing and anticipated my needs, the servers at breakfast, particularly Fancy Yuen, remembers how I liked my coffee and makes it each day for me.

A relaxing stay at Banyan tree Lijiang
Banyan tree Lijiang is a lovely resort close to Shuhe old town. The architecture of the resort has an ancient look with Jade dragon snow mountain as their backdrop. Convenient location to visit Lijiang’s attraction. After a day’s touring around, you can soak in their soothing spa to iron away the aching muscles. Me and my daughter had a lovely time staying there.

a gem for escaping the normal life
excellent place to escape the mundane world for romance, relaxation and inner peace. a gem next to the historical old town, easy access to the snow mountain, and excellent service and amenities. but food quality can be improved, don't have a good wine collections or cocktails.

Dieses Banyan Tree ist leider nicht mehr auf dem üblichen Standard. Renovationen dringend notwendig sowie Management auf Level zu bringen. Momentan sind die Leistungen nicht in Relation mit den verlangten Preisen.

Amazingly Beautiful
This is the best high end hotel I've ever stayed at. It's beautiful and makes you feel really special. The in-room dining BBQ is very fun. The only downsides are that the staff don't speak English very well, and that the hotel tours and treks are 3 times the price of what you'd get if you just negotiated with a local driver.

The best part of the stay was waking up to the view of beautiful Jade Dragon Snow Mountain - virtually at the foot of the bed. I believe that all the suites in the hotel have this view.

clean room, decent staff, but a bit far
hotel was very well maintained, in a spacious area with a spectacular view of the mountain. the room was very clean and spacious. the hotel staff was courteous but helpful. however, the bar hostess did not speak much english so it was a bit difficult to communicate. location is very far from city center so it's a hassle going in and out of the hotel to the city center. otherwise, a great place to find tranquility in an already tranquil city.

Hotelli sijaitsee noin puolen tunni ajomatkan päässä Lijiangin vanhasta kaupungista aivan Suhon kylän lähellä. Hotelli oli todella hyvä kaikin puolin. Saimme upgraden isoon villaan, koska hotelissa oli vähän asiakkaista. Villa oli iso, siisti, kauniisti kalustettu. Joka päivä yllätyslahja odotti vuoteelle. Kaiken kruunasi villan edessä ollut oma lämmin poreallas, jossa nautimme aamuisin auringon noususta ja iltaisin tähtitaivaasta. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja hyvä. Ravintoloiden taso muutoin keskinkertainen. Palvelu ensiluokkainen.

サービスがとてもよかったです。特に次の大理に移動するのにホテルのタクシーをチャーターしたのですが、目的地で降りるときうっかり息子のバッグを取り忘れてしまったのです。二日後に気付いて、ホテルに電話しても「見当たらない」との返答でしたが、マネージャーのメルアドにメールしたら、念入りに調べてくださり、とうとう息子のバッグを探してくれました。ホテルならではの丁寧な対応に感動しました。

Amazing Amazing Amazing!
The best hotel with nicest service i have ever been to! It may be a little bit different if you cant speak chinese, as some of the personal cant speak that good english! But for me the stay was perfect! Dont take the normal room, go for a villa! The night was just beautiful. You can open up your bedroom, looking over your pool... The clouds, the plants, everything is moving. Plus you have a nice stereo system and i had an amazing cd in it! Try it, you wont regret!
