"Zero star my experience of this trip.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel to you until they hire new management and provide good training to the staff. My experiences of my stays few nights here are unsatisfactory and below my expectations for 4 stars hotel. The price rate is High but it is not in a standard.
My room has ants on my bed and toilet (two rooms had ants both) They ate my food too. The view is poor and my check in experience is horrible as I waited too long. Your housekeeper doesn’t not...
