"Overall a lovely stay! Property was a little tricky to locate, but the service was speedy, friendly and incredibly helpful considering our late arrival time. The property was very clean although there was a drain smell that could have done with a couple of reed diffusers! Location was perfect with some lovely spots for breakfast nearby. Generally a really lovely stay."

"Check in was super easy and our host was so wonderful to work with. The space is beautifully decorated and right in the middle of a truly cool neighborhood in Lisbon. Though we only had one night, I’m glad we spent it in this place and in Alfama!"

"The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends."

"Highly recommended, great location"

"Very nice it was clean near everything well equipped"

"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It is in an amazing area and is a perfect size for 8 people. We especially loved the terrace and spent many evenings on it. Would recommend the pizza place downstairs and the viewpoint at sunset."

"Great location and good space for a couple of nights with three teenage kids"

"Excellent visit and a very attentive host. Our family enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and this area was close to everything!"

"Everything was good, had all the amenities we were looking for. Only thing that was a little annoying was the water pressure in the shower was really bad and the curtain didn’t stop much of the splash so the floor got soaked in the bathroom. Also the shower head didn’t attach to the wall so we had to hold it by hand. Everything other than the shower was great, though."

"Apartment looks better in the photos than it did in person. That being said, the bedrooms were nice and big and overall, the apartment was clean. With all the added booking fees I paid, I don’t think it was worth the money and I could have gotten a nicer apartment for the amount I paid. Apartment is in old town and while it’s not an awful neighborhood, it’s not the nicest either. I felt mostly safe walking around with my kids there as there are still lots of tourists around but again, with all...
