「While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. 」

「Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.」

「I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.」

「It was perfect for what we needed. It is next to a pub that was packed in garden when we stayed so that was loud but didn't bother us. There was no dishcloth or tea towel so was tricky to wash up. Great location was about 10 minutes from station, lots of food places and pubs nearby. 」
