Summary:
Situated in Liverpool's Architectural haven, this first floor apartment is a comfy base for couples, families gathering and business trips.
Just a short walk from Liverpool's famous Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, this location is super convenient for any visit!
Enjoy 2-beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped open Kitchen and a comfortable Living Area to rest and recoup.

The Space:
Apartment Sleeps 6:
Living room:
• Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels
• A Double Sofa-Bed for up to 2 guests
• Features a Dining Table that can be utilised for work or dining
Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 Guests.
• Equipped with a large Smart TV
• Comes with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table
Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests.
• Equipped with a large Smart TV
Kitchen:
• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Merely a short walk from Liverpool One Shopping Centre, this exquisite apartment is still within reach of many incredible restaurants, bars and theatres!
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are two flights of the stairs up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located within Liverpool's well-loved Georgian Quarter, close to the renowned St Luke's Church. Known locally as 'The Bombed Out Church, this place of interest plays host to frequent events, including open-air cinemas and beer festivals.
The Georgian Quarter is home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool, including both the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and also The Philharmonic Hall, ideal for those looking to gain some historical knowledge. If you are looking to head into the bustling City Centre, this is just a short walk away - or you can even hop on the bus, making this the perfect location for all different interests and occasions!
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
