「Clean too/easy access and friendly staff 」

「This place is amazing. From the outside the property looks very uninspiring but step inside and it is a different world. The sympathetic conversion of the building is incredible. Wonderful friendly staff, great food and drink. Our room was wonderful and a great size with view of Everton’s new stadium. If you go to Liverpool you must stay here.」

「Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」
