“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The house keeping was fabulous. But the reception people don’t not so much. For one our plane was delayed we been calling them for hours to let them know we won’t be able to check in till the next day worry that we would lose our reservation. We called for tell to three hours and after sending a bunch of email we finally get a respond back from email. Then once we got there I book through Expedia I already knew about the incidental and fees we have to pay up front but the hotel charge is another……
