"Only good thing about this place is that it’s close by to many things . But do not book this place , building is old . Found roaches in my room , loud music in the pool with drunk people dancing and hogging the pool as if they own the place . Weekend proved to be full of ratchet rats . Waterpark is fun for kids but do not stay here unless you want a roach infested room . Night staff at the front were very professional when addressing a problem. But morning staff could care less they stare at you like seeing roaches is normal here . I won’t stay here again . "

"The property is such a beautiful place that brings you back to your childhood memories. They have all the amenities you need for your family which was very accommodating and a shuttle to take you to universal studios right outside the hotel. This is our second time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"I really enjoyed the property my mom used to work at Westgate lake resorts and I used to drop her off and pick her up but I never stayed on the property well she died in 2015 so my recent stay was very nostalgic for me I thought about her the entire time I enjoyed the room so much I didn't go anywhere"
