“Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. “The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Our local flight was cancelled the day before our stay and Joseway sent a driver to pick us up 6 hours away. He also took care of all our excursions. Rodrigo took care of our made to order breakfast every morning and is so kind. It is a Great location! It’s a 3 min. Walk to the beach and 5 min. to Manuel Antonio National Park.”

“Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. ”
