“The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. Once in the room, we were provided the house……

“Property was very clean and staff was very nice. They did serve a good breakfast except for the sausage was low quality. The only negatives were the elevator could definitely be replace with a more modern and smooth operating one. Also, they did not service our room on our second day. This is very important to me. I want my beds made and the bathroom serviced every day. The most frustrating part was having to listen to the traffic all night. When we reserved the room I did not realize……

“This was probably the worst hotel stay that our family has ever had! There were so many things that went wrong and unlimited to so few characters that I can’t really say everything but some highlights were a very wonky elevator on the first day that was loud and you felt very unsafe riding on that the staff was aware of and the next day it was stuck between floors wide open! No caution, tape or anything was applied to it so any child could just go running into the open elevator doors, which was……

“Pool is advertised but this location has a pool under repair and lacks Health Department clearance. Room was overly spacious but we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from staining black. Floor needs major cleaning. This property holds an Holiday Inn name but seemed more Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6) in reality. Even the location is hidden behind other properties. You.have to bypass Sam’s Club and drive through another hotel’s lot to access this place.”

“The property was as clean as possible. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The bedroom was clean and our bed was comfortable. Towels were great bathroom also nice and clean. Staff was very good and nice. Carpet is the only thing that needs an update. Would definitely recommend and stay again”
