“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“For the price of the property, rooms were dated, no amenities were ally provided. No tv channels, even internet is spotty, not available at least 50% of the time. Breakfast was included the quality was not great, staff was slow not very well organized. Items aren’t replaced/replenished. Coffee machines are broken, orange juices run out and never enough cups. The location is not great. Yes close to the beach but a good 10 min walk. Nothings on the beach, no seats provided no umbrellas like……

“Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels au Maroc, je peux dire que celui-ci a été de loin le plus décevant. L’hôtel est mal situé et, surtout, le manque d’entretien est flagrant. La piscine était sale et les espaces extérieurs étaient également très mal entretenus, ce qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Breakfast delicious and has so many options sous Chef Hanane Guimane is the best she made our breakfast visits so special, she welcomed us and spoilt my girls. “Loved this hotel. Rooms were great, staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely and plenty of Moroccan food which was gorgeous. Entertainment was very enjoyable in the evenings too. Pool area was great, so peaceful and would always find a sunbed in the gardens if not poolside. Loved the pool day beds you can hire also. Great location, just a short walk to the square and Medina. Definitely will recommend and book again !”

“Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.”

“The hotel is very modern and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. The beach bar was my favourite. Lovely private beach and comfortable double beds for sunbathing. It is expensive for food and drink but that’s to be expected in a hotel of this standard.”
