“Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.”

“Would rent again and here are some notes our group had:Carpets were stained and ripped in some spots. No AC and lack of shades or ceiling fan in main living space made for a bit of discomfort. Ice machine broken so every time you opened it ice spilled everywhere.Shuffle board not functioning. Also bright spots - adorable beach right across the street was not featured in the photos. Also bonus cleaning people were super friendly and told us we could check in early which was nice. All other……

“What a beautiful and nice place to stay, and Vinnie was such a super host providing lots of information and making sure everything was great. Comfortable beds and furniture, inside and on the patio. We enjoyed having coffee time or an afternoon rest on the patios. I especially appreciated the recommendations for local things to enjoy, which was helpful for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. This was a great location so close to many activities we enjoyed. We hope to return again!”

From beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. To ping pong table and a galore of toys and puzzles for the kids. For the babies there is a pack and play and high chair. “There should be a baby/dog gate for the deck. We had a dog come up to the deck to say hello. Then when we were leaving, my dog slipped by my friend and "visited" the dog next door. I am sure the neighbor did not appreciate the visit. The garbage disposal button does not function properly. The handle in the shower needs to be replaced, hard time figuring out how/where the "off" position was. The toaster needs to be replaced/repaired, the handle fell off and a spatula came off its handle too.……

“Our family had a great time.It was a home away from home. The accuracy of the pictures and descriptions on the website was on point. The cabin is exceptionally clean, cozy, and roomy, and in proximity to essential places (beach, cafe, restaurants, and grocery store). Everything we needed was provided - complete kitchenware, extra sets of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to haul your stuff when you go to the lake. The clean and well maintained jacuzzi was an added treat for……
