Macheon 1-dong hotels in Seoul from HK$454

"This was my second time staying at ENA Suites , the first was in a family studio for a week a few months ago and this time , it was a deluxe king for 12 nights . I must say that I had a really enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean and location is superb ! There is also an elevator nearby that leads directly to the train station! However , I wish the hotel would remember its returning guests and provide early check in when rooms are available . Though I had requested for an early check in upon my arrival at the hotel, the concierge did not accede to it at all. On the contrary , an early check in was given to another couple who arrived much later than us . I had to return to the counter to remind the staff of the request again and it was only then that I was given a room. In addition , I hope the hotel management can consider looking into making the laundry area more conducive for long staying guests who wish to do their washing . The area is merely a makeshift area carved out of the gym and there are no seats there at all for guests waiting for their laundry to be done . Overall, I would definitely go back to ENA Suites as the rooms are really comfortable. Throughout my long stay , I did not miss home as it truly feels like a home away from home ! Thank you ENA Suites! "

"This is the BEST hotel in Seoul. The hospitality is like none other that we have experienced before. Better than Josun Palace with hospitality. The decor flowed with purpose through the hotel into your suite. It wasn’t overly done with every surface, feature. It presented calm and serenity. Love that our suite was above the clouds. We would just watch the clouds go by each day and night. Staff… if any hotel could have the quality of Signiel, they would be a success from the doormen to the room service. We will definitely be coming back and modeling our hotel hospitality with Signiel’s. Six star hotel for sure."

"We highly recommend Nine Tree Premier Insadong! The family favorite was the excellent breakfast buffet included each morning - so many healthy choices and everything was consistently delicious. Rooms were clean and quiet. We travel a lot and were impressed with the comfortable and luxurious mattresses. Kids loved the bunk bed. The neighborhood is stellar for tourists! So many dining choices in the mall next door and charming Insadong-Gil is literally footsteps away. Angular subway was a quick walk. The sculpture and flower garden park was stunning and made for idyllic strolls. Highly recommend for visitors to Seoul!!!"

"Stayed during the period when UAE president was there so security was very tight and rather inconvenient as certain areas were blocked off. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. Location is great and the major spots of interest were easily accessible"
